24sedam

24sedam is a pro-government online tabloid. During 2021, this portal published a series of unsigned texts based on an "unnamed source" about a high-ranking official of the Serbian Progressive Party and Minister Nebojša Stefanović, so it is believed that it served as a mouthpiece during the confrontation between Aleksandar Vučić and Stefanović. According to the BIRN database "Publicly on Public Calls", the company Digital Media Network was awarded with more than 22 million dinars (approximately 201,195 USD) of state money for 28 projects in public calls in 2021 and 2022. The editorial office of the website 24sedam.rs is located in the Sava Centre, as is the editorial office of Euronews, which is owned by Telekom Serbia. From a number of different unofficial interviews with former or current employees of Euronews and 24sedam, it appears that these are related newsrooms, with Telekom as the financier.
In a written response to MOM on 29 February 2024, Telekom Srbija stated "Regarding your question about 24sedam.rs, we would like to clarify that there exists a standard sublease contract between our entities under governing law. As you may know, Euronews has operated under a lease at the Sava Center, which, since 2021, has been owned by Delta Real Estate. Following its recent refurbishment, detailed at Delta Real Estate's Sava Center Project, it's important to underscore the independent and non-affiliated relationship between Delta and our group, which is strictly on commercial and market terms. Our engagement with 24.sedam.rs is purely for digital marketing and advertisement services, with no other affiliations, either equity-based, contractual, or otherwise."
As of September 2021, the company Europe Development Business Group AG (registration/company number CHE-246.581.904) with its registered office in Switzerland (6340 Baar, Ruessenstrasse 18) became the owner of the Digital Media Network Company instead of the previous owner Margareta Stanić.
The CEO of Europe Development Business Group AG is Marko Vasilj.
In addition to the Digital media network, Europe Development Business Group AG also owns Maxbud GMBH in Switzerland, which in turn owns Maxbud in Novi Sad and Vorex Gradnja in Belgrade.
Ostoja Mijailovic's name does not appear in any official document linking him to the media outlet, but 24sedam published an article referring to him as the founder of the outlet.
