Telegraf is an information and entertainment portal owned by Internet Group doo. The portal is known for its clickbait headlines and tabloid reporting style.
In addition to the portal, which has existed since 2012, Telegraf has its own radio station, which obtained a licence in 2015. The portal is formally owned by Srećko Miodragović, but it is widely known that the real owner is a Serbian businessman, Veselin Jevrosimović. According to publicly available data, which BIRN Serbia has in its database, the Internet Group company, which is the owner of Telegraf, won 50,000 dinars (or 450 USD) in the competition of the municipality of Despotovac in 2022.

In the mid-90s, he founded ComTrade Group, which over time became one of the leading IT companies in Serbia. Since 2009, he has been the President of the Serbian Athletic Federation. In addition to ComTrade, he owns several other companies dealing with green energy, advertising, online sales, air transport and IT training.
Jevrosimović is not mentioned in the Agency for Business Registers data as the founder or owner of the portal, but he himself said in 2013, after two hand grenades were thrown at his ex-wife's house, that he believed it was an attack on him and the media because he was the owner of Telegraf. Jevrosimović is also mentioned as the owner of Telegraf in the 2015 report of the Council for the Fight against Corruption. The first owner of the Interner Group was Gordana Jevrosimović.
Several of his companies are registered at the same address as Internet Group. The headquarters of the Telegraf.rs editorial office and the parent company Internet Group are located at the same address and in the same building as the IT company ComTrade, owned by Veselin Jevrosimović, which has been winning tenders for the procurement of IT equipment for many Serbian institutions for years.
In Jevrosimović's IT Academy, one of the representatives is Srećko Miodragović, 100% owner and director of Internet Group since 2013.
In 2012, Jevrosimović bought 50% of the Macedonian company "Grafički centar", which owns three Macedonian media, and in October of the same year he became the new owner of the Macedonian Alfa TV. During this purchase, Jevrosimović made a statement to B92 on behalf of the Internet Group, saying that the company's plan was to expand in the field of digital media. With ComTrade, Jevrosimović has an intensive cooperation with the Macedonian Ministry of Information.

From September 2014 to September 2016, he was in the position of deputy editor-in-chief of the Telegraf.rs portal, from where he left for the Espreso.rs portal, and in October 2021, he returned to Telegraf.rs as editor-in-chief.

He was in the public spotlight after an incident at a basketball game between Partizan and Crvena zvezda in 2013, when he threw a ball and hit Partizan coach Duško Vujošević from the first row during the break of the game.
