Digital media network
Digital Media Network was founded in April 2020, shortly before the establishment of the portal 24sedam.rs. In September of the same year, the registered office of the company was moved to New Belgrade, in the Sava Centre. A year later, the Swiss company Europe Development Business Group was registered as the new owner of the company in the Business Register Agency, instead of the previous owner and director Margareta Stanić. Stanić remained the director of the company after the change of ownership.
The company Europe Development Business Group was established in April 2021 with a share capital of 100,000 Swiss francs.
