Happy TV

The company was established in 1994 under the name Košava. It was the broadcaster of TV Košava, which was initially owned by state companies and Marija Milošević, the daughter of the former president of Yugoslavia, Slobodan Milošević. After the democratic changes in 2000, Marija Milošević sold the company to the then chairman of the board of directors of Blic, lawyer Borivoje Pajović. Meanwhile, the company changed ownership several times. In 2007, Predrag Ranković Peconi obtained a share in the ownership of Košava through recapitalization, although his name was never mentioned in the official ownership documents, and today the company is formally owned by the company Ideogram, which is further owned by Vladana Ćirović.

Pecconi's name does not appear in any official documents regarding the Happy TV ownership. However, his ownership of the TV station is public knowledge. So, comparing private investments in sports and television management, during an interview on the Ćirilica show on Happy television in February 2024, the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, asked the editor-in-chief of this television, Milomir Marić, "whether Pecconi would allow anyone else's interference on his television.", thus insinuating that Peconi owns the TV station.

In January 2017, Kopernikus of Srđan Milovanović, today the owner of TV Prva and B92, gave a loan to TV Happy in the amount of EUR 4.8 million. As security for this loan, a pledge was placed on the ownership share in Happy TV.
