The Internet Group company was founded in June 2010, and until 2013 the owner was Gordana Jevrosimović. The ownership was transferred in 2013 to Srećko Miodragović, who has been the owner until today.
The registered office of the company, as well as the editorial office of the Telegraf portal, is located at the same address and in the same building as the IT company ComTrade, owned by Veselin Jevrosimović. Although Miodragović formally owns the company and Telegraf, Jevrosimović has stated on several occasions that he owns the media outlet. In addition to the Telegraf portal, which has existed since 2012, Telegraf also has a radio station that received a broadcasting licence in 2015.
